Michael was born and raised in rural Randolph County where he currently resides. He is actively involved in agriculture with his main focus being on cattle and poultry. After receiving a General Agriculture degree from Moberly Area Community College, Michael found a way to associate his love of agriculture with his other passion, auctions. In June of 2005 Michael graduated from Missouri Auction School and began working at Callaway Livestock Center in Kingdom City and Lolli Brothers Livestock Market in Macon. Since then he has broadened his auctioning from just livestock to personal property, equipment, farm sales, charity auctions, and real estate. He has auctioned everything from monkeys, reptiles, and African animals at an exotic animal auction to million dollar land sales. With an extensive knowledge of auctions of all types and the latest auction methods, Michael is ready to assist you with all your auction and real estate needs.

Kurt’s involvement in the family farming operation for the past 30 years has provided a strong foundation for his work as an agent dealing with agricultural properties. Working in the real estate business since 1996, his knowledge base has expanded to include development, commercial and recreational properties which often involves situations focusing on planning and zoning, 1031exchanges, government programs, lease options, and wetlands mitigations, among others. During his time with the East Central MO Board of Realtors, Kurt was awarded four Pinnacle Awards (sales of 5 million) and the prestigious Summit Award (sales of 11 million) in 2005. In 2006, Kurt's first year with Missouri Land & Home, United Country, he ranked 23rd in the nation with the franchise, further illustrating his professional care and expertise with each project. Kurt is owner of the Missouri Land & Home offices.

Richard Henke, a 37 year resident of the Mexico area, is a well-known professional auctioneer. He continues to operate his successful auction company of approximately 20 years. In addition to the auction business, Henke is a field representative and auctioneer for Eastern Missouri Commission Company, Bowling Green, MO. Henke, a native of Salisbury, MO, graduated from MO Auction School in 1969 and obtained his real estate salesperson license in 1995. Henke will be able to market your farmland, commercial property and residential property at auction or by traditional real estate listing sales.
